We are thrilled to introduce the latest update for Poologics Software - Version 2.1! In this release, we have added a new model: Warranty Form, enhancing your ability to manage warranties seamlessly.

Key Features:

Model Creation: Warranty Form

Location: Settings > Warranties

Expected Behavior:

The Warranty Form model, serves as a replication of the web form, enabling customers to create a Warranty web form for their clients to fill out online. When a customer creates a Warranty Claim, it will automatically generate a task with the type "Warranty Claims."

Streamlined Warranty Management: The warranty form model simplifies the process of creating and managing warranty web forms, providing a seamless experience for both customers and clients.

Flexible Web Form Configuration: The web form configuration allows customization, with only the "Name" field being mandatory. This flexibility ensures adaptability to various

How To Access:

-Navigate to Settings.
-Select "Warranties."
-Find and open the newly created model: Warranty Form
-Configure the web form as needed, with the option to select a default assignee using the "Default Assignee" field.
