Release Notes - July 2025

Automation, Email Marketing, Post Update

• July was a busy month. We continue to average 2 releases a week. Many of the updates are user experience updates or optimizations, but we also worked on some major features.
• We built an awesome tool that allows users to post updates (notes, attachments, mention co-workers) to opportunities, projects, and tasks directly from the navigation. The tool helps users share updates from the field with office staff and add project pictures directly to the appropriate record in Poologics from the horizontal navigation.
• We continue to plug away at the automation project. It's a big and technical feature that will allow users to send dynamic templated emails and text messages directly to any contact. We allow maximum customizability on the triggers and conditions in which these emails/sms messages will send.
