What we worked on and shipped in January 2025

Proposals: Proposal Tools
- Users can now preview the pdf in the design process instead of merely the portal/presentation view
- Users can now hide content blocks they don't want to show in the pdf view. This enables users to be more creative in the presentation process with images, videos, buttons, etc. without making trade-offs for how it will present in a pdf.
Proposals: Enhancements of PDFs
- We updated margins
- We updated page breaks
- We updated the headers and footers
- ..and we make sure all of these updates play nicely with the settings in the portal that allow users to hide content blocks that they don't want to show in the pdf
Proposals: Proposal PDF Controls
- Users can now hide customer-facing pdfs when sending the proposal.
- We believe that hiding the PDFs will introduce more friction if the client is talking to competitors about your proposal.
Proposals: Itemizations
- Users can now change proposal group section titles where they have "itemized on proposal" products
- Users can now change the proposal group section titles where they have "itemized on options" products
