# Release Notes - February 2025

## What we released and what we're working on

February was a short but productive month!

- **Phase Workspace:** We now have two additional tools for managing the execution of phases and ensuring quality. Phases are now a centralized space for checklists, descriptions (scope of work), checklist items, attachments, notes, and conversations.  
    - Checklists - create templatized checklists for crews for phases of construction. To set this up, go to project types in the settings and click into a phases. You'll now see a tab called "Checklists". Create the prompts, and this will be added to your projects' phases. When users are working through the phase of construction, they can answer these prompts from within the task.
    - Printable "Phase" Work Orders - want to turn your task into a printable work order? Click the Print button within the task.
- **Pentair Pool Builder integration**: If you haven't heard, Pentair Pool Builder is being sunsetted. To ensure a soft landing with their clients, Poologics stepped up to build a quick integration to migrate their data to Poologics. The integration covers: 
    - Settings: 
          - Job Templates
          - Build Plans
          - Phases
          - Checklists
    - Records: 
          - Leads 
                  - Notes
          - Projects 
                  - Notes
                  - Attachments
                  - Checklists
          - Phases 
                  - Checklists
                  - Notes
                  - Attachments
- Working through an issue with the **Third Party SMS Provider**
- **Mobile - In QA** 
    - Working through an issue with the **mobile push notification** third-party provider
    - **Enhanced the login experience** related to session timeouts
    - **Android app** - fixed a menus issue that was getting us flagged in the Google Play review process
- **Supplier Integration:** Worked through a round of tests and fixes with the Heritage integration team
- **QuickBooks Online Integration - in QA & Doing UI/UX refinements:**  
    - Initial Sync: Vendors, Leads, Customers, Accounts
    - Receivables can now be pushed to QBO 
          - Payments in QBO against these receivables create the payment in Poologics
          - QBO Payment links can now be sent from Poologics
    - Bills can now be pushed to QBO 
          - Payments in QBO against these payables create the payment in Poologics
    - We're working through the Projects API endpoint
