# How to send an email to a vendor/subcontractor

## Capture your vendor communication within the Contact

Steps:

 1\. Click on Contacts

2\. Click on Vendors  
3\. Click on a vendor

4\. Click on Action

5\. Click on Send Email

6.  Type in subject line

7.  Click in email body and type in content

8.  Click on Send
