Click on the left side bar menu and go to "Settings"
Next, look for "SMS templates" almost at the bottom. When done, click on "Create" to start creating your sms template.
It will ask you for 3 things. SMS template name, applies to, and the body/text you are going to send out. When everything is filled out, click on "Save".
