# How to create a bill, approve it, and assign it to a budget

## Create your bills in Poologics, coordinate approvals to subcontractors/suppliers, and register the payments.

NOTE: If you have connected your QuickBooks Online account with Poologics, you cannot create a bill in Poologics. Once synced, all bills created in QBO will be auto populate into Poologics "Bills" tab in the navigation. From there, it is simply a matter of assigning the bill to a project.
