# How to access all leads as Sales Admin role.

## Leads/opportunities must be manually assigned to a sales person.  For sales manager/admin roles you must clear the filter to view all leads.

Head over to CRM and click on Pipeline.  Clear the filter in the search bar.

Click on Favorites followed by Save current search.
